About this role

Turing Intelligence is focused on building and deploying AI systems for major enterprises across sectors like financial services, life sciences, and retail. The team operates as an internal startup, with forward-deployed engineers working directly within client environments to implement these systems. The core business involves bridging the gap between frontier AI research and real-world enterprise deployment by connecting model providers with implementation partners. This role is essential for scaling these crucial ecosystem relationships by driving revenue through existing and developing partner channels.

The Partner Manager will be responsible for establishing and growing these critical partnerships with foundation model providers. This involves actively pitching Turing to partner account executives, building a pipeline through joint account planning, and managing the revenue generated from these channels. A key aspect of the role is managing the operational aspects of the partner programs, ensuring smooth onboarding, certification, and consistent reporting.

This position is ideal for an individual who thrives in a hands-on capacity, capable of operating as a player-coach. The successful candidate will need strong commercial judgment and the ability to manage complex, multi-sided relationships while driving measurable revenue growth within the AI ecosystem.

What you will do

  • Pitch Turing to foundation model providers' account executives and field teams to encourage referrals into their enterprise accounts.
  • Develop partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline by aligning partner account teams with Turing's target accounts.
  • Engage in co-selling activities, including joint account plans and shared pursuit calls with partners.
  • Route enterprise demand originating from Turing toward partner consumption to generate referrals back to the company.
  • Manage all aspects of partner programs, including onboarding, certifications, tier progression, and funding mechanisms.
  • Maintain accurate tracking and reporting for partner pipeline as the single source of truth.
  • Oversee partner cadence activities such as regular check-ins, quarterly business reviews, and partner events.
  • Ensure accountability by managing conflicts between competing partners fairly and transparently.

What you need

  • Possess a minimum of five years of experience in partnerships, alliances, or channel management.
  • Must have at least two years of experience carrying a quota or a partner-sourced revenue target.
  • Require experience managing partnerships on the services side, ideally with cloud or technology vendors, preferably at a boutique or mid-size firm.
  • Demonstrate experience in both pitching vendors to account teams to secure referrals and running partner programs involving co-sell, tiers, and funding.
  • Fluency in partner playbook concepts, including sourced versus influenced attribution, deal registration, and market development funds.
  • Must possess strong discretion to manage competing partners while ensuring fairness and separation of information.
  • Require strong commercial judgment to analyze P&Ls and model referral structures effectively.
