Guide partners in developing repeatable customer solutions for industries including financial services, healthcare, retail, manufacturing, public sector, and professional services.
Own key performance indicators such as partner-sourced pipeline, partner-influenced revenue, trained consultants, and joint proposals submitted.
Establish success criteria for joint accounts to ensure proper implementation, adoption support, and long-term value expansion.
Amplify the company brand across Italy by creating market-specific go-to-market strategies that address local business practices and regulatory frameworks.

Requirements

12+ years of experience in enterprise technology partnerships within cloud, AI/ML, or platform businesses.
Fluent in both English and Italian.
Proven track record of building partnerships from zero to scaled revenue engines with existing VP-level relationships among target partners.
Data-driven mindset focused on measurable outcomes, KPI attainment, and delivering exceptional customer success.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field of study.
