Role Overview

Notion is looking for an Outcomes Architect to act as a build-beside partner, helping customers transform AI ambitions into working systems inside the platform. Based in London, this role involves owning workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a designated book of named accounts. The focus centers heavily on accounts that are flat, at-risk, or require a clearer path to achieving measurable impact. Collaboration with Solutions Consultants is central to shaping account strategies, identifying expansion opportunities, and securing predictable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a portfolio of named accounts to ensure clients successfully deliver outcomes using Notion.
Contribute directly to Net Retention Rate (NRR) through predictable renewal and expansion pipelines, alongside proactive product adoption.
Partner with Solutions Consultants on shared accounts to manage strategy, expansion, and commercial outcomes for flat and at-risk renewals.
Define and maintain mutual success plans that guide clients through their AI transformation and demonstrate ROI to executive stakeholders via periodic business reviews.
Facilitate use-case consultations guiding customers through continuous solutions design and identifying new workflow opportunities.
Identify accounts needing complex or technical implementation services and partner closely with the Services team throughout delivery.
Build and deliver Outcomes Architect programs that generate customer and business outcomes across the existing install base.

Requirements

Experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within a B2B software setting.
Strong customer-facing discovery instincts to understand business challenges, map workflows, and translate goals into practical implementation plans.
Technical fluency and presence as a trusted advisor capable of co-designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Notion workspaces and workflows.
Commercial awareness to partner with account owners on renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy.
Ability to design and help clients build workflows that drive usage-based consumption and connect adoption patterns to commercial outcomes.
Strong program and stakeholder management skills to oversee success plans, timelines, risks, and commitments across a book of accounts.
Operation with high agency, urgency, and customer empathy to bring structure to ambiguous problems.
A strong interest in AI, with a habit of building with new tools and exploring new ways of working.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, technical account management, or post-sales strategy for productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
Experience working with flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts to return clients to a clear value path.
Experience partnering in a shared account ownership model alongside sales, solutions, support, or implementation teams.
Experience designing repeatable customer programs, playbooks, or interventions that scale retention, expansion, and adoption.
