Role Overview

Notion is redefining how customers adopt, expand, and realize value from software in an artificial intelligence-native environment. As an Outcomes Architect, the professional acts as a build-beside partner, helping customers transform AI ambitions into working systems inside Notion. Responsibilities include owning workflow adoption, value delivery, and renewal outcomes for a designated book of named accounts, focusing particularly on accounts that are flat, at-risk, or need a stronger pathway to measurable impact. Collaboration with Solutions Consultants ensures aligned account strategy, expansion qualification, and predictable revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts to ensure clients successfully deliver outcomes with Notion.
Contribute directly to net retention rate through predictable renewal and expansion pipelines alongside proactive product adoption.
Partner closely with Solutions Consultants on shared account strategies, owning commercial opportunities for flat and at-risk renewals.
Define and maintain mutual success plans that guide clients through AI transformations and demonstrate return on investment to executive stakeholders using periodic business reviews.
Facilitate use-case consultations to guide continuous solutions design and identify new workflow opportunities.
Identify opportunities to engage Services for clients requiring complex technical implementations, partnering throughout delivery.
Master the Notion product and broader AI ecosystem to help customers navigate new working methods and build durable systems.
Build and deliver Outcomes Architect programs that generate customer and business outcomes across the install base.

Requirements

Three or more years of experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within a B2B software environment.
Fluency in the Russian language.
Strong customer-facing discovery instincts with the ability to understand business problems, map workflows, and translate goals into actionable implementation plans.
Technical fluency and presence as a trusted advisor capable of co-designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Notion workspaces and workflows.
Commercial awareness with the ability to partner with account owners on renewal risk, expansion potential, and account strategy.
Skill in designing and helping customers build workflows that drive usage-based consumption and connect adoption patterns to commercial outcomes.
Strong program and stakeholder management capabilities to handle success plans, timelines, risks, and customer commitments.
High agency, urgency, and customer empathy with a passion for building with modern AI tools.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, technical account management, or post-sales strategy for productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
Experience working with flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts to return them to a clear value path.
Experience partnering in a shared account ownership model with sales, solutions, support, or implementation teams.
Experience designing repeatable customer programs, playbooks, or interventions that improve retention, expansion, and adoption at scale.

Salary and Benefits

Total on-target earnings range from €89,000 to €100,000 per year, which includes base salary and on-target incentive pay. Compensation is determined by factors such as location, role scope, complexity, and candidate experience. Additional competitive cash compensation, equity, and benefits are provided.
