Role Overview

The Outcomes Architect is a build-beside partner who helps customers realize maximum value and workflow adoption inside Notion. This role focuses on a book of named accounts, particularly those that are flat, at-risk, or require a clear path to measurable impact. Working from the Dublin office on Anchor Days—Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays—the individual collaborates closely with Solutions Consultants on account strategy, expansion qualification, and customer success planning to support predictable revenue.

Key Responsibilities

Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a book of named accounts to ensure strong net retention rates.
Partner with Solutions Consultants on account strategy for expansion and renewal, owning renewal opportunities for flat and at-risk accounts.
Design and deploy workflows as a build-beside partner, translating customer objectives into durable systems inside Notion.
Co-define, build, and manage customer success plans that align with desired client objectives.
Learn the Notion product and the wider AI ecosystem thoroughly to guide customers through modern ways of working.
Innovate and iterate on retention and growth programs to minimize churn and contraction risk.

Requirements

Experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion in a B2B software environment.
Strong customer-facing discovery instincts to understand problems, map workflows, and translate goals into practical implementation plans.
Technical fluency and comfort building live in software alongside customers in the room.
Commercial awareness to partner with account owners on renewal risk, expansion potential, and overall account strategy.
Strong program and stakeholder management skills to oversee success plans, timelines, risks, and commitments across accounts.
Ability to operate with agency, urgency, and customer empathy while bringing structure to ambiguous problems.
Genuine interest in AI, utilizing tools to think better and discover new working methods.

Nice to Have

Prior experience in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, technical account management, or post-sales strategy for productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
Background working with flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts to return customers to a clear value path.
Familiarity with usage-based or consumption-based models connecting adoption patterns to commercial outcomes.
Experience sharing account ownership with sales, solutions, support, or implementation teams.
Experience designing repeatable customer programs, playbooks, or interventions to improve retention, expansion, and adoption at scale.
