Serve Robotics seeks an Operations Associate for a part-time position in Los Angeles, CA. The role involves helping autonomous delivery robots navigate obstacles, managing deployments, handling equipment maintenance, and ensuring safe, timely order fulfillment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain field readiness through responsive support, coordination, and order fulfillment.
Assist with deployment processes including preparation, inspection, cleaning, and placement of robots.
Track, document, and close escalation tickets with clear communication and records.
Operate company vehicles safely for moving, recovering, or repositioning robotic units.
Prioritize safety by following company standards, escalating critical events, and protecting personal well-being.
Manage end-of-shift recovery by securing, charging, sanitizing, and accounting for all robotic assets.
Ensure proper handling, maintenance, and storage of company-issued tools, devices, and protective gear.

Requirements

Hold a valid driver's license.
Remain comfortable driving mid-size utility vehicles as needed.
Lift and maneuver items weighing up to 50 pounds.
Demonstrate the ability to engage with customers in a professional setting.
Work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required.
