Role Overview

The Notino Experience Program Manager position at Notion is an early-career opportunity based in Dublin, Ireland, perfect for a dynamic builder who excels in ambiguity and wants to shape employee experiences across EMEA and APAC. Key Responsibilities

Take end-to-end ownership of key regional people programs across EMEA and APAC, covering onboarding, performance cycles, engagement surveys, and talent retention initiatives.
Act as the primary bridge between the Global Experience Programs team and on-the-ground environment teams in Dublin, Sydney, Tokyo, Seoul, and Hyderabad.
Build operational infrastructure, such as processes, playbooks, and agents, to ensure consistent and scalable execution across multiple markets.
Partner with regional Affinity Group leads to offer operational support and surface engagement insights.
Maintain and build dashboards to track program health, adoption, and outcomes, using data to conduct experiments and demonstrate return on investment.
Collaborate cross-functionally with People Partners, recruitment, and business leadership to align people programs with organizational goals.
Help shape and elevate the Notino Experience brand across the EMEA and APAC regions.

Requirements

Experience managing people programs end-to-end across multiple markets and time zones.
Possess an AI-native mindset, actively using artificial intelligence tools to improve research, operations, and communication.
Strong project management skills capable of handling numerous moving parts in a fast-paced setting.
Ability to build natural trust with stakeholders at all levels, from team members to executive partners.
Exhibit a strong bias toward action, resourcefulness, and resilience in a high-growth company.
Experience driving change management initiatives and bringing people along during corporate growth.
Strong executive presence with comfort in presenting to and partnering with senior leaders.

Nice to Have

Familiarity with or enthusiasm for the Notion workspace.
Experience working across APAC and EMEA markets alongside an understanding of cultural nuances in employee experiences.

Salary and Benefits

Total on-target earnings range between €60,000 and €70,000 per year, which includes base salary and on-target incentive pay.
