About this role
Designing and building networks, qualifying platforms, and shipping changes safely occupy the daily routine for this role. The team builds and operates large-scale networks supporting training and inference infrastructure, including supercompute fabrics connecting GPU clusters alongside core, edge, and datacenter networks. Joining this group means owning production network design, deployment, and operations end to end while keeping availability and performance high during scale.

What you will do
- Design, deploy, and operate production datacenter and campus or core networks at scale.
- Manage routing and switching configuration standards covering BGP and interior gateway protocols.
- Qualify new network platforms, optics, and topologies while contributing to architecture planning.
- Develop monitoring, alerting, and operational documentation to resolve issues rapidly.
- Troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 incidents end to end to implement lasting fixes.
- Automate repetitive network tasks using Python, Ansible, or similar tooling.
- Collaborate with compute, facilities, and software teams during cluster build-outs and maintenance windows.
What you need
- Bring several years of experience designing or operating production networks in datacenter, ISP, cloud, or enterprise environments.
- Demonstrate solid hands-on experience with BGP and at least one interior routing protocol.
- Possess working knowledge of TCP/IP, VLANs, datacenter overlays, and high-speed optics or Ethernet.
- Show proven experience troubleshooting live production network incidents and participating in on-call rotations.
- Maintain strong written and verbal communication skills for clear change documentation and incident notes.
- Be willing to work onsite in Dublin.
Nice to have
- Experience with modern datacenter vendors such as Arista, Cisco, Juniper, and Nvidia or Mellanox
- Familiarity with high-performance or supercompute networking including RoCEv2 and congestion control
- Network automation using Python, Ansible, Terraform, or similar tools in production
- Experience with EVPN, leaf-spine, and large-scale Ethernet fabrics
- Prior work supporting rapid datacenter or cluster capacity build-outs

The base salary is between $100,000 and $150,000. Base salary is just one part of the total rewards package, which also includes equity and various benefits.
