What you will do
- Coordinate with construction, engineering, and trades personnel to resolve material bottlenecks across the site.
- Receive, process, and transport incoming shipments to designated work areas on the data center campus.
- Operate motorized material handling equipment including forklifts, pallet jacks, and telehandlers.
- Maintain organized, clean, and safe staging zones while properly disposing of packaging and scrap.
- Fulfill material requests and manage inventory using established scheduling systems.
- Track deliveries and expedite critical supplies to satisfy strict construction milestones.
What you need
- High school diploma or equivalency certificate.
- At least two years of experience working in a construction, warehousing, manufacturing, or logistics environment.
- Demonstrated experience operating a forklift or other motorized material handling equipment.
- Strong communication skills for coordinating effectively with site teams, vendors, and drivers.
Nice to have
- Experience reading bills of materials, packing lists, or construction drawings.
- Prior experience on large-scale construction, data center, warehouse, or industrial building projects.
- Mechanical aptitude or background as a technician or equipment operator.
