Notion is seeking a Manager, Enablement Programs to join the Revenue Operations & Strategy team in San Francisco, with remote flexibility. Role Overview

In this position, the individual will own the foundational programs and operating systems that empower sellers to ramp up quickly and execute with absolute confidence. Responsibilities include managing global onboarding, role-readiness initiatives, Field OS deployment, and AI-enabled workflows. The role exists to evolve the go-to-market motion by setting high standards for enablement in the AI era, building scalable models, and implementing agentic workflows that support sales execution.

Key Responsibilities

Build the initial version of the Field OS within the first 90 days to serve as a seller-ramp unlock featuring priority workflows, trusted resources, and role-specific AI execution moments.
Map and prototype custom agents within the first 90 days to help sellers ramp quickly and receive proper support across every stage of the sales pipeline.
Refresh onboarding programs around continuous iteration, incorporating A/B testing, precise measurement, role-specific alignment, and clear impact metrics.
Establish a dedicated manager onboarding track within the first 90 days to ensure leaders ramp efficiently and consistently reinforce new-hire success.
Transform onboarding and role readiness into a repeatable, durable system over the course of the first year to measurably improve ramping speeds and raise the overall quality of enablement.

Requirements

Proven background in designing and executing end-to-end global enablement programs, particularly onboarding processes that span multiple regions and time zones using live and asynchronous modalities.
Strong program leadership capabilities featuring clear roadmaps, structured decision-making, stakeholder alignment, and continuous measurement that drives meaningful iteration.
Experience in developing scalable enablement systems including resource governance, intake procedures, and communication rhythms utilized by sales teams.
An AI-fluent mindset that applies automation and artificial intelligence to elevate the quality, speed, and consistency of seller execution while tracking adoption and impact.
Prior people leadership experience managing and cultivating a small team while maintaining high operating standards and a calm, ownership-driven culture.
