What you will do
- Directly manage, mentor, and develop a team of customer success managers supporting strategic cybersecurity accounts across all product surfaces.
- Provide domain expertise in security operations, detection and response, identity, cloud, and data protection to guide customer engagements and internal team members.
- Drive team accountability toward core customer success metrics including net retention rate, consumption growth, and customer satisfaction.
- Participate in strategic customer escalations and maintain an executive presence with C-level stakeholders at prominent cybersecurity companies.
- Design and refine scalable customer success frameworks, including success planning methodologies, quarter business review templates, and expansion playbooks.
- Partner cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, and marketing teams to align account strategies and advocate for customer needs.
- Own portfolio-level planning, forecasting, renewal risk mitigation, and expansion pipeline development.
What you need
- Possess seven or more years of experience in customer success, account management, or related customer-facing roles.
- Demonstrate at least two years of front-line management experience building and leading customer success teams within SaaS, API, or artificial intelligence organizations.
- Bring practical cybersecurity experience working within or alongside security companies, covering domains such as cloud security, identity, or detection and response.
- Manage customer portfolios at enterprise scale, including accounts with annual contract values ranging from one million to over one hundred million dollars.
- Understand both consumption-based and seat-based business models with a proven track record of driving value realization.
- Hold a bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
- Exhibit technical fluency to navigate complex conversations regarding AI and machine learning product capabilities.

What is the location policy for this position?
This role follows a location-based hybrid policy where staff are expected to be in one of the designated offices at least 25% of the time. Eligible office locations include Boston, San Francisco, New York City, Seattle, and Washington, DC.
What is the annual compensation for this role?
The annual on-target earnings range for this position is $265,000 to $320,000 USD, which includes both the sales commissions or bonuses target and the annual base salary.
