Key Responsibilities

Own and deliver outsized results in a core product area or a new zero-to-one bet, driving adoption, retention, and expansion.
Help install scalable product practices such as bet reviews, PR/FAQs, and design critiques to align the team.
Serve as a force multiplier for Product, Design, and Engineering by maintaining high standards and empowering cross-functional teams.
Partner deeply with Go-To-Market teams including Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to shape pilots and launch strategies.

Requirements

Possess 8+ years of direct experience owning entire product suites.
Demonstrate world-class product judgment and customer empathy to simplify complex enterprise workflows.
Show a proven background in zero-to-one product execution from discovery to scale.
Bring enterprise B2B startup experience with strong GTM partnership in pricing, packaging, and pilots.
Exhibit operational excellence, metric fluency, and the ability to write crisp PRDs and one-pagers.
Offer hands-on experience with applied LLMs, prompt-response workflows, and modern AI productization.
Display strong cross-functional communication and the ability to elevate team quality.

Nice to Have

Experience in legal tech or other accuracy-sensitive verticals like healthcare, financial services, or insurance.
Familiarity with plaintiff litigation lifecycles and case workflows.
Prior experience in a PM-light environment where designers and engineers own large pieces of the product.
Exposure to packaging and pricing experimentation within high-growth SaaS companies.
