By partnering closely with engineering, product, and go-to-market divisions, the practitioner uncovers adoption trends and guides strategic decisions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Establish measurement frameworks, track critical metrics, and maintain foundational reports to gauge platform performance.
Perform thorough exploratory data analysis to size up new product opportunities and steer roadmap strategies.
Design controlled experiments, apply causal inference methods, and execute synthetic controls to evaluate platform updates.
Diagnose anomalies and conduct root-cause investigations to steer operational priorities.
Construct simulations, statistical models, and optimization frameworks to automate decision-making.
Translate intricate datasets into accessible, actionable insights for technical and non-technical audiences.
Scale analytics infrastructure and establish best practices for a rapidly expanding team.

Requirements

Minimum of 6 years of professional experience in analytics or data science fields.
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline, or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Strong expertise in experimental design, causal inference, statistical modeling, and A/B testing within high-scale environments.
Background collaborating alongside engineering or product groups on developer-oriented products or APIs.
Exceptional presentation skills and written communication abilities.

Nice to Have

Familiarity assisting B2B sales teams using data insights.
Direct exposure to large language models, AI or ML products, or developer ecosystems.
Experience navigating ambiguous and fast-paced operational environments.
