Key Responsibilities

Manage the IT Projects team by prioritizing roadmaps, coaching members, and defining quality standards.
Own the administration, security, and evolution of internal platforms including Google Workspace, Okta, Jamf, Slack, Notion, and Cloudflare Zero Trust.
Lead cross-functional IT initiatives, automate repetitive tasks, and optimize workflows to elevate the employee experience.
Partner with security teams to apply ISO 27001 and DORA standards, conduct access reviews, and participate in internal audits.
Identify valuable AI use cases, support approved tool deployments, and encourage responsible enterprise AI adoption.

Requirements

Proven background as an IT Lead, IT Project Manager, or similar function within a fast-growing tech or SaaS company.
Experience overseeing operational IT projects and steering cross-functional initiatives.
Hands-on expertise with SaaS administration tools such as Google Workspace, Jamf, Slack, Notion, Okta, and Cloudflare Zero Trust.
Solid grasp of Identity and Access Management principles like SSO and SCIM alongside Apple or macOS environments.
Familiarity with IT security compliance frameworks including ISO 27001 or SOC 2.
Complete professional fluency in both written and spoken English and French.

Nice to Have

Previous experience leading or mentoring technical teams.
Scripting and automation capabilities utilizing Bash, Zsh, or Python.
Familiarity with AI tools, LLMs, and automation workflows.
