Key Responsibilities

Formulate the long-term product vision and roadmap for the device portfolio, covering hardware platforms, accessories, operator experiences, and adjacent opportunities.
Translate company goals, technical boundaries, user insights, and manufacturing realities into an actionable product strategy.
Oversee the complete product lifecycle, ranging from initial concept and architecture to development, validation, mass manufacturing, and in-field optimization.
Lead thorough product discovery utilizing user research, field visits, operational data, and market analysis.
Establish product requirements, key performance metrics, and priorities while keeping cross-functional teams aligned.
Collaborate closely with UX Design and Industrial Design teams to deliver integrated physical and digital customer experiences.
Partner alongside Hardware Engineering, Device Software, AI, Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Privacy, Security, Market Operations, and executive leadership.
Direct product readiness for launches, managing product quality, field validation, and post-launch iteration.
Recruit, mentor, and cultivate a talented team of product managers while establishing robust product practices.
Travel globally to engage directly with users, operators, manufacturing partners, and deployment teams.

Requirements

Possess 10+ years of product management experience, including substantial leadership responsibility for complex hardware and software products.
Demonstrated success in guiding products from early conceptualization through production, launch, and global scale.
Proven strategy definition experience spanning hardware, software, AI, manufacturing, operations, and business drivers.
Strong product judgment emphasizing usability, reliability, quality, and customer trust.
Ability to navigate ambiguity, make principled tradeoffs, and influence senior cross-functional stakeholders.
Technical fluency across consumer electronics, embedded systems, AI, biometrics, manufacturing, supply chain, reliability engineering, or global hardware deployment.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills for aligning diverse teams.
Hands-on, low-ego leadership approach with a willingness to travel internationally.

Nice to Have

Experience launching consumer electronics, robotics, medical devices, identity systems, or biometric technologies.
Familiarity with high-volume manufacturing, New Product Introduction (NPI), and hardware development lifecycles.
Background in developing products where privacy, security, trust, and reliability serve as core requirements.
History of partnering with Industrial Design and UX teams on integrated physical and digital products.
