Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Build, lead, and scale a national security sales team focused on the Department of War and Intelligence Community, handling recruitment, mentorship, and performance management.
Formulate and implement go-to-market strategies encompassing market segmentation, revenue forecasting, and competitive positioning for military services, combatant commands, and intelligence agencies.
Own overall national security revenue goals, monitor pipeline health, and direct deal progression to secure new business.
Establish sales playbooks and processes tailored to government procurement, addressing FAR/DFARS compliance, classified contracting pathways, and accreditation mandates.
Cultivate strategic partnerships with cloud service providers, systems integrators, and Defense Industrial Base primes to scale operations in classified and unclassified environments.
Deliver customer feedback to product and engineering groups to guide product development and enhance mission outcomes.
Represent the organization at industry gatherings and maintain strong ties with senior civilian and military leaders.

Requirements

Fifteen or more years of enterprise sales experience, including at least five years managing sales teams selling into the Department of War or Intelligence Community.
Active TS/SCI security clearance with the ability to discuss capabilities in classified settings.
Established network of senior contacts and relationships across the national security community, military branches, and intelligence agencies.
Broad familiarity with defense procurement mechanisms, such as OTAs and IDIQs, along with compliance frameworks like FedRAMP and DoW Impact Levels.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
Commitment to safe and ethical artificial intelligence development.
