Role Overview

The Head of GTM Systems & AI position at 360Learning is a full-time remote opportunity based in Paris within the Strategy and Operations department. This role suits an experienced systems and AI leader who wants to direct the technology stack powering a commercial engine and pioneer internal artificial intelligence adoption.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the internal AI operating model for go-to-market functions, managing agent evaluations, cost, adoption, return on investment, and a library of skills alongside data and enablement teams.
Determine the long-term architecture of the commercial tech stack, making build-versus-buy decisions for CRM, marketing automation, customer success tooling, and web operations.
Prioritize business challenges by identifying optimal solutions, evaluating feasibility, and estimating costs.
Lead, mentor, and coach five senior individual contributors specializing in Salesforce, marketing, business development, customer success systems, and web operations.
Maintain high standards for testing, documentation, and deployment while keeping the team agile.
Handle end-to-end vendor management, including software evaluations, renewals, and quarterly keep-or-kill reviews.
Collaborate closely as a peer with leaders across finance, security, data, enablement, and all commercial divisions.
Drive change management and secure adoption for new go-to-market capabilities across distributed teams.
