Key Responsibilities

Build, recruit, hire, and manage the Forward Deployed Engineering team, expanding headcount significantly over the coming year.
Develop comprehensive onboarding programs for new engineers focusing on product demos, pilot execution, and customer engagement.
Introduce operational rigor to standardize customer journeys from early interest to large-scale deployments of a thousand seats or more.
Formulate the technical playbook detailing integration, configuration, and scaling methodologies for complex enterprise clients.
Collaborate alongside Go-to-Market, Product, and Engineering leadership to shape team structuring, compensation models, and territory strategies.
Transition the department into a multi-region organization by hiring regional leaders and building a repeatable execution layer.

Requirements

Minimum of ten years of professional background, featuring senior individual contributor and leadership roles in technical, customer-facing groups.
A degree in Computer Science or a closely related technical discipline from a reputable undergraduate institution.
Practical experience functioning as a Forward Deployed Engineer or Solutions Engineer.
Early-stage startup background involving the creation of a function or team from inception.
Experience working within top-tier technology enterprises demonstrating world-class operational execution.
Demonstrated history of recruiting, coaching, and retaining high-performing technical talent.
Ability to perform independently within ambiguous, fast-paced environments.

Nice to Have

Experience at an organization that achieved a significant liquidity event such as an IPO or strategic acquisition.
Background working in revenue operations or sales operations.
Prior professional experience as a software engineer.
Experience managing other managers or showing a clear trajectory toward that scope.
