Key Responsibilities

Design and execute enablement strategies, defining success metrics for diverse customer segments and user types.
Build and launch certification programmes utilizing learning management systems, quizzes, and digital badges.
Develop scalable onboarding, refresher, and feature-launch training schedules that reach thousands of users efficiently.
Deliver direct in-person and online training sessions when capacity demands or critical situations arise.
Establish operational workflows, scheduling rhythms, and quality standards for the enablement department.
Track adoption, engagement, and competency metrics using data analytics to refine future training outcomes.
Recruit, coach, and scale a high-performing enablement team.
Collaborate cross-functionally with product, sales, implementation, and customer success divisions.

Requirements

Demonstrated history of building a training, enablement, or customer education function along with its operational model.
Practical background in conducting both online and in-person training sessions.
Experience designing learning management system programmes and certifications for thousands of end users.
Background in facilitating enterprise client adoption at scale across large user bases.
Track record of managing customer onboarding and adoption journeys.
Strong emotional intelligence, quick-thinking ability, and a process-driven mindset.
