To address the operational complexities of scaling a rapidly growing commercial organization, Anthropic requires a GTM Strategy & Operations Business Partner to optimize the AMER Enterprise Tech segment. This person will eliminate routine administrative friction by leveraging AI tools, allowing strategy teams to concentrate on high-impact business challenges. Working directly alongside sales leadership and executives, the individual drives strategic analysis, territory planning, and operational efficiency while supporting global initiatives.
Day-to-day responsibilities involve analyzing sales performance metrics, managing operating cadences, building dashboards in business intelligence tools, and translating data into actionable executive narratives. The ideal candidate brings a blend of technical depth, rigorous business judgment, and executive presence. What you will do
- Partner closely with sales leadership to analyze and refine segment-specific strategies, including territory planning and resource allocation.
- Maintain operational excellence through business reviews and operating cadences to help achieve company revenue targets.
- Analyze sales performance metrics and build models using SQL, R, or Python to extract insights at scale.
- Develop and maintain reporting mechanisms, dashboards, and spreadsheets to translate complex data into clear narratives.
- Serve as a trusted strategic advisor to senior stakeholders, delivering insights with clarity and composure.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Revenue Operations, Sales Enablement, Strategic Finance, and Product teams to drive strategic initiatives.
What you need
- Demonstrated experience in sales strategy, revenue operations, or management consulting.
- Proficiency in SQL, R, or Python to independently write queries, build models, and extract insights.
- Mastery of spreadsheet tools including Google Sheets and Excel for pivot tables, complex formulas, and data modeling.
- Deep familiarity with GTM systems such as Salesforce and business intelligence tools like Looker or Tableau.
- Proven executive stakeholder management skills with a track record of influencing C-suite and VP-level leaders.
- Possession of a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field of study.
