Role Overview

The EMEA Recruiting team at Notion acts as trusted business partners dedicated to creating a thorough, inclusive, and curated interview experience. The GTM Recruiter will focus on supporting growth across key Go-to-Market organizations in the EMEA region, with a strong emphasis on Sales. This position involves shaping recruitment strategies, overseeing full-cycle hiring, and maintaining a rigorous yet delightful candidate journey. Team members work from the London office on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays as designated anchor days to collaborate effectively in person.

Key Responsibilities

Act as a trusted recruiting advisor to leaders throughout the GTM organization, managing the entire recruitment lifecycle from initial sourcing to final candidate close.
Develop and execute creative sourcing methods to discover diverse top-tier talent across various EMEA markets.
Create scalable and structured hiring plans featuring consistent evaluation methods while maintaining thoughtful candidate experiences.
Collaborate closely with cross-functional groups like Total Rewards, People Operations, and People Partners to implement holistic talent strategies.
Utilize artificial intelligence tools to innovate recruitment procedures and deliver data-backed insights concerning market conditions.
Promote and scale best practices while adjusting thoughtfully to regional market nuances.

Requirements

Bring at least 5 years of full-cycle recruiting background within high-growth, technical, or GTM operational functions.
Demonstrate a strong history of identifying, qualifying, and closing exceptional talent across multiple organizational levels.
Possess experience coaching and advising hiring managers through the hiring workflow while prioritizing high talent density.
Show the capability to build diverse candidate pipelines and assist hiring managers in establishing inclusive teams.
Display excellent communication, strong attention to detail, and top-tier interpersonal capabilities focused on quality candidate experiences.
Thrive successfully within fast-paced, dynamic professional settings.

Nice to Have

Maintain a strong enthusiasm for utilizing technology and AI to revolutionize recruitment workflows.
Demonstrate fluency in an additional European language.
