About this role

This role is well-suited for a dedicated engineer who wants to push the boundaries of software development by integrating AI agents directly into the product pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

Own and refine the AI development loop by reviewing AI-generated code from tools like Claude Code, OpenClaw, Codex, and Cursor, using those reviews as training signals to improve agent performance.
Architect the codebase for optimal AI legibility through clean data models, robust documentation, and the removal of legacy patterns that cause agent failures.
Build and maintain the automated product pipeline, which covers signal detection, agent-generated requirements, AI-driven development, code review, and commits.
Diagnose and fix production issues whenever AI agents encounter errors.
Construct internal tools and workflow infrastructure that allow sales, operations, and customer success teams to operate independently without filing engineering tickets.
Develop full-stack product features utilizing React and TypeScript on the frontend, Node.js or Elixir on the backend, and Postgres for database management.
Monitor the live production environment closely to track usage patterns, agent edge cases, and provider behavior.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of professional experience working as a full stack engineer.
Practical, hands-on experience using AI coding agents within an active development workflow.
Strong product instincts with the ability to translate ambiguous user signals into concrete technical requirements.
Proficiency in React and TypeScript, alongside experience in at least one backend language such as Node.js, Elixir, or Ruby on Rails.
Working knowledge of Postgres or similar relational databases.
High personal accountability, strong ownership mentality, and clear written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to Have

Experience building or operating agentic workflows in a production setting.
