Key Responsibilities

Own the entire builder experience, covering the journey from natural language to functional agents, along with versioning, self-improvement, and sharing mechanisms.
Manage the runtime environment, incorporating model routing, scheduling, event-based triggers, and agent delegation.
Drive growth initiatives such as Slack agents, minimizing time-to-first-working-agent, and scaling self-serve adoption from individuals to entire organizations.
Define how product telemetry continuously improves agent performance over time.
Build for both engineers seeking SDK depth and non-technical creators using natural language by leading direct user discovery.
Prioritize features, make strategic choices, and ship solutions in weekly collaboration with engineering teams.

Requirements

Bring eight or more years of overall experience in product management.
Accumulate at least three years of specific background working on developer tools, platform products, or builder and automation software.
Possess early-PM or founder experience, with a proven ability to establish product processes from the ground up.
Demonstrate a strong track record of shipping zero-to-one builder or automation surfaces with a solid grasp of product-led growth.
Show technical depth by reading code, understanding API and SDK design, and knowing how agent frameworks operate.
Display customer obsession through conducting independent discovery calls.
Exhibit strong written communication skills focused on detailed PRDs rather than slide decks.
Maintain an AI-native mindset with daily experience building with agents and informed opinions on orchestration.

Nice to Have

Hands-on background building Model Context Protocol (MCP), skills, and production agent tool calls.
