Key Responsibilities

Collaborate directly with founders and leadership across Sales, Growth, and Customer Success departments.
Develop and refine the foundational sales playbook while uncovering untapped revenue streams.
Drive product and growth initiative launches through engaging content creation.
Design and manage internal processes to ensure frictionless daily operations.
Assist with talent acquisition and team expansion efforts.
Tackle undefined, complex problems independently to deliver rapid results.

Requirements

Hold either a Bachelor's or Master's degree with top academic results from a leading university alongside two or more internships at elite startups, venture capital firms, investment banks, or strategy consultancies, OR possess at least one year of direct professional experience in these environments.
Demonstrate an intense passion for startups and an ability to excel in fast-moving, unstructured conditions.
Possess exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
Display a strong grasp of technology and enthusiasm for working hands-on with cutting-edge AI and SaaS tools.
Show a strong drive for rapid professional growth and a commitment to taking immediate ownership.

Nice to Have

Previous exposure to strategy, operations, marketing, growth, or product management.
Familiarity with modern tools such as Figma, Linear, Lemlist, Clay, and n8n.
Strong numerical fluency and advanced analytical skills.
Creative capabilities with a strong eye for design to produce world-class decks and content.
