Socure is seeking a remote Forward Deployed Engineer to help transition AI-assisted workflows into trusted production systems for major digital platforms. Role Overview

As a Forward Deployed Engineer for RiskOS Agents, the chosen professional will work directly with large strategic partners and customers. This position involves owning the full journey from technical scoping and discovery to system design, deployment, evaluation, and adoption. Rather than acting as a traditional advisory consultant, this is an embedded builder role that requires active coding, systems integration, and transforming field insights into reusable platform capabilities.

Key Responsibilities

Collaborate side by side with large-scale digital businesses, public sector organizations, fintechs, and enterprise partners to evaluate operational pain points and data requirements.

Lead end-to-end deployments for AI-assisted RiskOS workflows, handling everything from discovery and solution design to integration, testing, and rollout.

Translate customer standard operating procedures, policies, and data sources into reliable production workflows, case flows, integrations, and agent behaviors.

Write code, configure systems, debug issues, and connect with customer APIs, data sources, security boundaries, and operational infrastructure.

Evaluate and refine agentic workflows using testing, observability, guardrails, evaluations, and feedback loops to optimize tool interactions and decision quality.

Demonstrate quantifiable customer value by tracking improvements in analyst productivity, investigation speed, review burdens, and operational control.

Convert implementation friction and repeatable patterns into reusable playbooks, templates, primitives, and product features in partnership with internal product and engineering teams.

Requirements

At least 4 years of hands-on technical experience in software engineering, applied AI engineering, solutions engineering, implementation engineering, or technical consulting.

Demonstrated ability to take ambiguous customer problems from initial discovery to production with strong engineering judgment.

Experience collaborating directly with enterprise clients, strategic partners, or internal business stakeholders to ship workable outcomes.

Systems thinking mindset capable of breaking complex workflows into modular, testable components while maintaining calm execution in fast-paced settings.

Familiarity with APIs, cloud services, internal tools, workflow logic, data mappings, or script building.

Nice to Have

Practical background in deploying AI, machine learning, large language models, or decision-support systems into live production environments.

Domain expertise in fraud prevention, risk management, identity verification, KYC, KYB, AML, sanctions screening, dispute resolution, or compliance operations.

Previous engagement with complex enterprise clients such as large financial institutions, government agencies, marketplaces, and gaming companies.

Exposure to workflow orchestration, case management, rules engines, operational automation, or decisioning platforms.
