Key Responsibilities

Discover workflow optimization opportunities across commercial, clinical operations, and other business domains to execute tasks at high speeds using AI agents and automation.
Design and map structured and unstructured data flows integrating CRM, ERP, and document storage systems.
Build, deploy, and maintain automation pipelines and agents leveraging approved artificial intelligence frameworks and platforms.
Manage end-to-end agent performance by tracking key performance indicators such as throughput, cycle time, quality, and human intervention rates.
Establish monitoring, logging, tracing, and evaluation processes to ensure reliable production performance before deployment.

Requirements

Hands-on technical proficiency with Python scripting, SQL, APIs, webhooks, and command-line interfaces.
Working knowledge of large language models and agent behaviors, including prompting, retrieval-augmented generation, tool use, and evaluation methods.
Comfort working within cloud computing platforms with an adherence to least-privilege security principles.
Strong technical and process judgment to prioritize initiatives and communicate effectively with both technical and business stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Prior experience collaborating directly with business teams to deliver measurable outcomes.
Hands-on practice using enterprise agentic frameworks and tools like LangChain, CrewAI, AWS Bedrock, or direct model APIs.
Background in technical operations, product management, consulting, or forward-deployed engineering.
Previous exposure to regulated environments including HIPAA, SOC 2, or GxP.

Salary and Benefits

Standard cost of living areas base salary range: $105,700 to $132,100 per year.
Higher cost of living areas base salary range: $116,200 to $145,300 per year.
Lower cost of living areas base salary range: $95,100 to $118,900 per year.
