Key Responsibilities

Provide expert guidance and recommendations to go-to-market stakeholders regarding financial strategies, investments, and resource allocation.

Prepare and deliver clear financial reports, forecasts, and analyses that highlight trends, risks, and opportunities for executive stakeholders.

Requirements

Minimum of 7 years of professional background in strategic finance, FP&A, business partnering, consulting, investment banking, or related areas.
Demonstrated experience building out or supporting finance functions specifically within international or EMEA markets.
Exceptional analytical capabilities, with a proven ability to turn complex data into actionable insights and build robust financial models.
Strong cross-functional communication talents to present financial details effectively to non-finance audiences and senior leadership.
Familiarity with budgeting, long-range planning, forecasting, and multi-entity or multi-currency financial settings, including EMEA statutory considerations.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience.

Salary and Benefits

Annual salary of €230,000.
