Role Overview

Field Marketing Manager, Tech Partnership is a full-time position based in San Francisco, CA or New York City, NY. The employee will own ongoing comarketing relationships with strategic technology partners, serving as the single marketing point of contact for partner organizations. The role requires building joint marketing plans, managing shared marketing funds, and converting partnership agreements into pipeline-generating field programs such as executive summits, joint workshops, and co-branded activations globally.

Key Responsibilities

Own the day-to-day comarketing relationship with strategic tech partners, beginning with Salesforce, and maintain a single joint plan between both sides
Build joint marketing plans featuring agreed goals and success metrics prior to committing shared funds
Manage joint marketing development funds including allocation, spend tracking, compliance, and return on investment reporting
Design and execute flagship joint moments such as executive summits, partner event sessions, joint customer workshops, and sales kickoff enablement
Extend partner programs into the broader ecosystem through joint activations with shared systems-integrator and consulting partners
Measure pipeline impact including partner-sourced and partner-influenced metrics, program attribution, and a marketing health scorecard
Protect the brand by applying comarketing guidelines, running messaging and asset approvals, and managing partner requests
Coordinate across internal teams including Partner Marketing, Partnerships and Business Development, segment field marketing, Product Marketing, Events, and Communications

Requirements

Demonstrated ownership of a comarketing relationship with a large strategic partner such as a hyperscaler or major SaaS platform, including joint planning and MDF management
Track record of executing executive-level field programs like summits, flagship event activations, C-level dinners, and roadshows with demonstrable pipeline results
Strong relationship-building skills to earn trust with partner marketing leaders while maintaining company standards for brand, messaging, and spend
Comfort building within ambiguity while helping to establish the operational playbook
Rigor in measurement and fluency in pipeline attribution alongside sales and operations counterparts

Nice to Have

7+ years of B2B marketing experience with significant time spent in field, partner, or alliance marketing at a technology company
Experience operating on both sides of a platform partnership as both the platform and the ISV or partner
Familiarity with the AI ecosystem and enterprise adoption cycles for AI products
Experience running programs at a global scale across multiple regions and event series
Background working with or marketing through global systems integrators
