Role Overview
The Enterprise Outcomes Architect position at Notion is a full-time remote opportunity based out of New York, New York, focusing on helping clients transform their AI and workflow strategies within a collaborative workspace platform. This role suits experienced professionals with a strong background in driving software adoption, managing renewals, and partnering with clients to turn ambitions into working systems.
Key Responsibilities
Drive workflow adoption and value realization for a designated book of named accounts to ensure clients successfully deliver outcomes with Notion.
Contribute directly to net retention revenue (NRR) through predictable renewal and expansion pipelines, alongside proactive product adoption.
Partner with Solutions Consultants on shared accounts to manage expansion strategies and handle commercial opportunities for flat and at-risk renewals.
Define and maintain mutual success plans that guide clients through AI transformations and demonstrate return on investment to executives via periodic business reviews.
Facilitate use-case consultations for continuous solution design and identify fresh workflow opportunities that increase customer value.
Identify complex or technical implementation needs to engage and collaborate with the Services team throughout delivery.
Master the company's product and the broader AI ecosystem to help clients navigate innovative ways of working.
Build and deliver outcomes architect programs that generate business results across the existing install base.
Requirements
Bring seven or more years of experience driving customer adoption, value realization, renewals, or expansion within a B2B software environment.
Demonstrate strong customer-facing discovery instincts to understand business challenges, map workflows, and translate goals into practical implementation plans.
Possess technical fluency and a trusted advisor presence capable of co-designing, configuring, and troubleshooting Notion workspaces and workflows.
Exhibit commercial awareness to partner with account owners regarding renewal risks, expansion potential, and account strategy.
Know how to design and assist clients in building workflows that drive usage-based consumption and connect adoption patterns to measurable commercial results.
Demonstrate strong program and stakeholder management capabilities to oversee success plans, timelines, risks, and commitments across accounts.
Operate with high agency, urgency, and customer empathy while bringing structure to ambiguous problems.
Maintain a strong enthusiasm for AI by actively building with modern tools and exploring new working methods.
Nice to Have
Prior experience working in customer success, solutions consulting, implementation, technical account management, or post-sales strategy for productivity, collaboration, or workflow software.
Background handling flat, at-risk, or complex renewal accounts to guide clients back to a clear value path.
Experience partnering in shared account ownership structures alongside sales, solutions, support, or implementation teams.
Experience designing repeatable customer programs, playbooks, or interventions to scale retention, expansion, and adoption.
