Key Responsibilities

Own and exceed revenue targets by winning new major telecommunications accounts and expanding existing relationships across government entities and telecommunications in Japan.
Build and execute territory plans to identify high-value opportunities across national government ministries, prefectural and municipal governments, and quasi-governmental organizations.
Lead consultative sales processes with senior government officials, procurement leaders, and technical stakeholders to position AI as a driver for digital transformation.
Orchestrate internal teams including Product, Engineering, Applied AI, and Partnerships to deliver compliant solutions meeting rigorous security standards.

Requirements

Bring eight or more years of enterprise sales experience in Japan with significant exposure to telecommunications sector accounts and consultative sales approaches.
Demonstrate a track record of managing complex, long-cycle sales processes and securing strategic deals with government entities.
Navigate stakeholder ecosystems successfully by building consensus across multiple departments, budget authorities, and approval layers.
Possess excellent communication skills in both Japanese and English.
Hold a minimum of a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field.
Comply with the location-based hybrid policy, requiring time spent in the office at least 25% of the time.
