About this role

Role Overview

Anthropic is currently seeking an Enterprise Account Executive, System Integrators to join the team in Tokyo, Japan. This professional will manage channel revenue and forge strategic relationships with leading local system integrators to expand the reach of safe AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Drive revenue growth through system integrator channels by establishing joint go-to-market strategies and co-selling programs with key Japanese technology firms.
Create and implement territory plans targeting tier-1 and regional organizations across IT consulting, managed services, and systems integration practices.
Engage closely with senior partner leadership, solution architects, and practice heads to build commercial alignment and technical confidence.
Coordinate internal departments such as Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Applied AI to supply partners with enablement resources and joint solution frameworks.
Function as the primary support contact for partners navigating intricate enterprise deals to ensure sustained momentum and client satisfaction.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of enterprise sales or partner management experience within the technology sector in Japan.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in a relevant field of study.
In-depth understanding of how the Japanese system integrator ecosystem evaluates vendor partnerships and structures solutions for enterprise clients.
Demonstrated history of establishing high-trust relationships with channel organizations and driving consistent partnership revenue.
Ability to navigate multi-layered stakeholder environments while balancing the objectives of partners, end customers, and Anthropic.
Strong communication skills proficient in both Japanese and English.

Nice to Have

Proven experience designing and executing comprehensive partner enablement programs, including technical training and sales toolkits.
Genuine passion for or prior experience with advanced AI systems and a strong interest in responsible AI development.
