Key Responsibilities

Take ownership of revenue targets by acquiring new major retail and CPG accounts, as well as expanding existing relationships across Korean department stores, hypermarkets, convenience store chains, e-commerce platforms, and consumer goods manufacturers.
Build and execute territory plans that identify high-value opportunities within retail conglomerates, duty-free retailers, fashion brands, food and beverage companies, and marketplace platforms.
Drive consultative sales processes with senior decision-makers such as CIOs, CDOs, CMOs, and heads of supply chain or e-commerce to position artificial intelligence as a driver for inventory optimization, personalization, and demand forecasting.
Coordinate internal teams across engineering, product, applied AI, and partnerships to deliver solutions that integrate into current retail tech stacks while adhering to local data privacy requirements under PIPA.

Requirements

Minimum of 8 years of enterprise sales experience in Korea with significant exposure to consumer goods and retail accounts.
Proven track record of handling complex sales processes and securing strategic agreements with large-scale retailers and CPG companies.
Demonstrated ability to navigate retail stakeholder ecosystems and build alignment across multiple budget authorities and approval layers, including digital, merchandising, and supply chain teams.
Experience meeting revenue targets by managing pipelines across rapid decision-making cadences and seasonal retail cycles.
Strong communication skills in both English and Korean.
Minimum education requirement of a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience in a relevant field.
Ability to meet the location-based hybrid policy, which currently expects staff to work from an office at least 25% of the time.
