Key Responsibilities

Own and exceed revenue targets by winning new major financial services and insurance accounts and expanding existing relationships across Japan's banks, insurers, asset managers, and fintech companies.
Build and execute comprehensive territory plans to identify high-value opportunities within megabanks, regional banks, life and non-life insurers, and diversified financial groups.
Lead consultative sales processes with senior executives, including Chief Information Officers, Chief Data Officers, Chief Risk Officers, and compliance leaders.
Position AI systems as key drivers for digital transformation, regulatory compliance, and improved customer experience.
Orchestrate internal teams across product, engineering, applied AI, and partnerships to deliver tailored solutions meeting strict regulatory, security, and data governance requirements.

Requirements

Bring eight or more years of enterprise sales experience in Japan, featuring significant exposure to financial services and insurance accounts.
Demonstrate a track record of managing complex, long-cycle sales processes and securing strategic deals by understanding sector-specific regulatory and compliance frameworks.
Navigate stakeholder ecosystems successfully by building consensus across IT, risk, compliance, and business operations teams.
Exhibit proven experience exceeding revenue targets through pipeline management across varying budget cycles and fiscal timelines of large financial institutions.
Possess a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience.
Fulfill the location-based hybrid policy by working from an office at least 25% of the time.
