About this role
Algolia builds the retrieval intelligence layer that turns intent into trusted, decision-grade outcomes, powering more than 1.7 trillion queries a year for over 18,000 customers. Enterprise Account Executives bring these innovations to Global 2000 organisations, guiding customers through a transformation where algorithms act as strategic copilots delivering contextual recommendations, predictive experiences, and AI-assisted user journeys. Daily work involves owning complex, high-impact relationships, leading multi-stakeholder buying cycles, and articulating the value of AI-first search, agentic automation, and composable architecture.
Success in the group requires strategic instincts, a consultative mindset, and the ability to translate AI innovation into measurable business value. Candidates who thrive here are builders, challengers, and trusted advisors who enjoy positioning technology as a key enabler of digital transformation rather than just another line item in a stack.

- Position Algolia's generative AI and agentic capabilities to executives and technical champions by showing how real-time relevance, predictive personalisation, and autonomous search assistants deliver business value.
- Develop territory and account strategies across your portfolio while expanding existing accounts by identifying opportunities for strategic and commercial growth.
- Generate new enterprise projects by self-sourcing high-value meetings, networking within communities, and leveraging partner ecosystems.
- Partner with Solutions Engineering to build bespoke demos, proofs-of-value, and ROI analyses that highlight impact beyond traditional search metrics.
- Forecast accurately with disciplined methodologies like MEDDPICC and a deep understanding of decision drivers and buyer risk profiles.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with SDRs, Solutions Engineers, Customer Success, Legal, Marketing, and Partners to align execution with business outcomes.
