Key Responsibilities

Collaborate closely with product, marketing, and data science professionals to prioritize and identify growth opportunities.
Foster an inclusive, equitable culture of belonging, engineering excellence, and effective coaching.
Spearhead the creation of scalable systems tailored for optimization, experimentation, and user personalization.

Requirements

Strong technical foundation in full-stack development with a proven history of shipping and building growth initiatives.
Demonstrated success in leading teams focused on data-driven product optimization, growth experimentation, and A/B testing.
Track record of recruiting, managing, and retaining engineering talent within high-growth settings.
Outstanding leadership and communication abilities for effective cross-functional collaboration.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or an equivalent combination of education, training, and experience.
Alignment with the company's hybrid office policy requiring staff to work from an office location at least 25 percent of the time.

Nice to Have

Five or more years of experience operating as a product-minded engineering manager, including at least two years leading growth engineering teams.
Experience applying artificial intelligence and machine learning technologies to solve growth challenges.
Proven success in implementing viral loops and product-led growth strategies at scale.
Expertise working with modern experimentation frameworks and web development stacks.
Familiarity with cohort analysis and user segmentation tools.
Startup experience, particularly scaling products from the ground up.
