Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Design, develop, and maintain robust software solutions with a primary focus on integrating artificial intelligence capabilities.

Collaborate closely with product managers, designers, and fellow engineers to define requirements and implement innovative features.

Build modular, task-specific AI agents capable of action execution, dialogue management, and natural language understanding using frameworks like LangChain or Rasa.

Debug and troubleshoot technical problems to guarantee overall platform stability.

Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry best practices in artificial intelligence and general software engineering.

Requirements

Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field.

Demonstrate a strong programming foundation in languages such as Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript.

Display familiarity with artificial intelligence and machine learning concepts and frameworks including PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Scikit-learn.

Possess a basic understanding of cloud platforms like AWS and Google Cloud Platform.

Exhibit excellent communication abilities and the capacity to thrive in a collaborative, in-person work environment.

Nice to Have

Strong understanding of machine learning principles covering model development, evaluation, and deployment for real-world scenarios.
