Sonar is seeking a Director, Global Head of Recruiting to lead the talent acquisition strategy, team, and systems worldwide from the Austin, Texas headquarters. Key Responsibilities

Report directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer and collaborate closely with the executive leadership team.
Lead and manage a globally distributed recruiting team across multiple international hubs.
Partner with organizational stakeholders worldwide, spanning locations from Singapore to Geneva.
Set the overarching vision for the global recruiting function while personally owning a requisition load and staying deeply involved in day-to-day execution.
Modernize recruitment operations by integrating and rebuilding hiring processes around the newest technologies and AI tools.
Build a successful and scalable talent operation that serves as the foundation for high-performing company growth.

Requirements

Extensive, hands-on experience leading global recruiting functions and teams.
Proven track record of modernizing talent acquisition processes and leveraging modern AI recruitment technologies.
Ability to operate across the full spectrum from high-level strategic vision down to tactical execution.
Capacity to work effectively out of the Austin, Texas headquarters alongside international stakeholders.
