Role Overview
This senior leadership position spans commercial and financial systems, go-to-market technology, data architecture, and the deployment and governance of artificial intelligence agents across the organization. The selected leader will serve as the architectural authority for major enterprise platforms such as Salesforce, NetSuite, Zendesk, and Snowflake. In addition to platform management, this role oversees the governed infrastructure layer supporting automated workflows and AI agents in a public company environment. The Director will directly manage the Salesforce administration team and the NetSuite techno-functional team while partnering closely with executive stakeholders.
