The leader partners directly with executive stakeholders, influences platform measurement capabilities, and guides analytics strategy across key growth verticals including B2B, Commerce, Political, Enterprise, and HoldCos. While StackAdapt functions as a remote-first company, candidates for this specific opening are prioritized in the Eastern or Central United States to facilitate regular in-person collaboration with major clients.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, grow, and mentor a team of Client Analytics Partners while establishing the organizational vision for strategic measurement.
Evolve the analytics team into a proactive advisory practice that supports smarter client business decisions through experimentation and measurement.
Partner with internal and external executive stakeholders to build long-term measurement strategies aligned with business objectives and platform capabilities.
Establish upfront campaign success metrics, learning agendas, testing plans, and desired business outcomes prior to launch.
Design scalable frameworks that advance client measurement maturity from foundational reporting to optimization and impact.
Drive analytics strategy for core StackAdapt verticals by tracking industry trends and translating insights into practical client guidance.
Build repeatable playbooks and best practices to allow the team to deliver high-quality strategic consulting efficiently at scale.
Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Data Architecture, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing to influence future platform capabilities.
Integrate artificial intelligence naturally into everyday operations to streamline research, insight generation, and documentation.

Requirements

Ten or more years of professional experience leading analytics, consulting, measurement, or client strategy teams.
Demonstrated success building and scaling high-performing organizational units through clear vision and people development.
Deep subject matter expertise spanning digital measurement, attribution, experimentation, marketing analytics, and performance measurement.
Strong business acumen connecting complex data insights to executive-level business decisions.
Direct experience partnering with senior executives to serve as a trusted advisor on complex business challenges.
Familiarity with Enterprise, B2B, Commerce, Ecommerce, or HoldCo industries, or a proven ability to quickly master new verticals.
Demonstrated capability in building scalable frameworks and consulting methodologies that improve client outcomes.
Natural fluency in incorporating artificial intelligence into daily problem-solving, research, and leadership workflows.

A collaborative leadership style that builds trust and elevates team performance.
