Role Overview

In this combined strategic and operational capacity, the Director will shape and guide the organizational transition toward artificial intelligence integration. The position involves designing the overarching roadmap, overseeing financial budgets, and ensuring cross-functional adoption across all business units. The professional acts as an evangelist and coordinator, enabling teams to utilize modern technology safely and effectively without writing production code.

Key Responsibilities

Formulate and manage the corporate artificial intelligence transformation roadmap to support long-term business targets.
Collaborate with executive leadership to convert corporate objectives into practical digital solutions.
Oversee headcount planning, recruitment strategy, and departmental resource allocation.
Evaluate, prioritize, and measure high-impact use cases across various business functions.
Control departmental financial allocations, vendor selections, tool acquisition, and pilot initiatives.
Establish secure, compliant, and responsible governance frameworks while encouraging innovation.
Serve as an internal advocate, translating complex technical ideas into accessible terms for all departments.

Requirements

Demonstrated history of directing cross-functional projects and managing large-scale operational changes.
Comprehensive knowledge of current artificial intelligence capabilities, boundaries, and industry landscapes.

Expected base salary range of $200,000 to $300,000 per year, depending on experience, location, and internal equity, with potential for additional bonuses or equity.
