Director, AI Enablement
About this role
Leaders who thrive on diving directly into complex workflows, redesigning how teams operate, and bridging the gap between business strategy and hands-on engineering will find this role a natural fit. Crunchyroll operates an enterprise-wide AI Enablement function housed within the Executive Office, tasked with accelerating practical AI adoption across the entire organization. Success in this capacity requires a rare blend of deep technical fluency and strong executive communication, enabling the leader to guide cross-functional adoption, build organizational capability, and scale repeatable playbooks across multiple departments without needing to write the code themselves.
