To support its operations, Crunchyroll maintains an internal AI Enablement function housed within the Executive Office. This initiative focuses on embedding artificial intelligence, workflow automation, and agentic systems into internal business processes. Engineering, enterprise technology, and data teams collaborate to identify high-value operational use cases, build practical applications, and establish technical guardrails and evaluations for enterprise-wide adoption.
