DDN is currently hiring a full-time Demo Engineer, EMEA to help build and scale the artificial intelligence demo center of excellence across the European region. Role Overview

The Demo Engineer, EMEA will develop engaging and repeatable demonstrations that highlight DDN data and artificial intelligence capabilities for partners, clients, and executive audiences. Operating from the Madrid Office, the specialist will shape the European Executive Briefing Centre experience by turning intricate technologies into clear, outcome-focused narratives. The position blends technical creativity, automation, and generative intelligence to design reusable industry use cases that empower go-to-market teams throughout the region.

Key Responsibilities

Design and deliver executive-ready technical demonstrations showcasing the DDN data and AI portfolio.
Build a comprehensive library of reusable AI demonstrations and industry-specific use cases for regional teams and the European Executive Briefing Centre.
Create compelling demo scripts, narratives, workflows, and supporting materials that clearly emphasize customer value.
Automate the creation, configuration, and reset of demo environments to guarantee reliability, repeatability, and scalability.
Utilize AI agents, generative AI, and automation tools to speed up demo creation and personalize client experiences.
Manage the continuous evolution of the demonstration portfolio within the European Executive Briefing Centre.
Partner closely with Marketing, Product, Engineering, and Sales Engineering to integrate new technologies and success stories.
Coach and enable Sales Engineers to present demonstrations with consistency and confidence.
Assist with strategic partner sessions, executive briefings, and major customer engagements.
Collect user feedback and analyze engagement data to continually improve demonstration effectiveness.

Requirements

Three or more years of professional background in technical marketing, solutions engineering, demo engineering, developer advocacy, technical enablement, or a closely related field.
A demonstrated track record of building and presenting engaging technical demonstrations for executive leadership or customers.
Strong capabilities in scripting and automation, featuring familiarity with low-code platforms, orchestration tools, or APIs.
Practical understanding of modern software platforms, data workflows, and AI applications.
A strong passion for or hands-on background with generative intelligence, AI-assisted development, or AI agents.
Exceptional communication and storytelling abilities capable of translating complex technology into clear, customer-centric stories.
Demonstrated success collaborating smoothly across Product, Engineering, Marketing, and Sales departments.
Professional fluency in the English language.

Nice to Have

Background in establishing a technical Centre of Excellence, innovation lab, or a comprehensive demo program.
Specialized expertise in developing demonstrations focused on enterprise software, analytics, data, or artificial intelligence.
Familiarity with cloud environments, Linux, APIs, and container technologies.
Professional fluency in additional European languages.
