Role Overview

Notion seeks an exceptional marketing leader based in Dublin, Ireland to drive regional growth across EMEA. This person will direct the team responsible for regional go-to-market fuel and the engine converting it into pipeline and revenue. The position involves leading a multi-disciplinary group of marketers covering digital, demand, content, and campaigns to turn regional narratives into measurable multi-market growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and develop a cross-functional team of marketers specializing in digital, demand generation, content strategy, and campaign execution while fostering a culture of craft, speed, and accountability.
Own the EMEA content and campaign narrative by developing messaging houses grounded in real customer problems and building modular content bills of materials.
Manage the EMEA demand engine across self-serve and sales-assist audiences with repeatable programs connected directly to pipeline and revenue.
Orchestrate market launches and flagship campaigns by translating global narratives into market-ready messaging, toolkits, and channel plans.
Enable the wider regional team by partnering with Country Marketing, Storytelling, Sales, and global Product Marketing for consistent storytelling.
Scale operations with AI by building and applying AI-driven workflows to accelerate research, drafting, localization, and asset iteration.
Measure and sharpen programs using funnel insights, customer feedback, and business metrics to continuously refine content and messaging.

Requirements

Twelve or more years of experience in B2B marketing with meaningful time owning content, narrative, and demand generation in high-growth or enterprise SaaS environments.
Proven people leadership experience in building, managing, and developing multi-disciplinary marketing teams through ambiguity.
Strong narrative and content mastery with the ability to write compelling messaging houses and scalable toolkits.
Hands-on demand generation depth running and optimizing paid, email, webinar, and outbound programs with a grasp of funnel metrics and revenue attribution.
Active AI fluency used to accelerate work and design workflows for team implementation.
Comprehensive EMEA market knowledge running multi-market programs with an understanding of localization and go-to-market variation.
Cross-functional influence to align and collaborate effectively across global and regional stakeholders.

Nice to Have

Familiarity as a Notion user, understanding its value to businesses.
Business-level proficiency in French or German.
Direct experience working with freemium business models.
