What you will do
- Manage daily data centre infrastructure operations encompassing electrical, mechanical, automation, and running processes.
- Ensure continuous uptime and availability of the Kajaani data centre facility.
- Coordinate with engineering, facility maintenance, and technical teams to resolve operational issues quickly.
- Draft and implement standard operating procedures for facility management.
- Schedule and execute routine maintenance, equipment inspections, and preventive maintenance programs.
- Support capacity planning for space, power, and cooling to accommodate future campus expansion.
- Contribute to energy efficiency and sustainability initiatives aimed at reducing environmental impact.
What you need
- Bring three or more years of data centre experience or background in related industrial operations management.
- Possess deep knowledge of data centre infrastructure processes such as power distribution, cooling systems, and building management systems.
- Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Communicate proficiently in both spoken and written English and Finnish.
- Hold a valid B Driving License.
- Show a strong understanding of industry standards and operational best practices.
