Key Responsibilities

Establish core performance metrics, set targets, construct forecasts, and build actionable reporting systems.
Discover and size product improvement opportunities to guide the product roadmap.
Formulate hypotheses for product alterations, execute controlled experiments, and translate results into concrete recommendations.
Establish foundational data best practices to improve company-wide data accessibility.

Requirements

Professional background including eight plus years of experience in data science or analytics, ideally within infrastructure or operations settings.
Minimum of three years of direct experience embedded closely within product teams.
Completion of a Bachelor's degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience in a related field.
Capacity to thrive in ambiguous environments while taking initiative to generate clarity and forward momentum.
Strong written communication and presentation abilities.

Practical background working specifically on safety, anti-abuse, and integrity challenges.
