Key Responsibilities

Define core metrics, build robust measurement frameworks, and maintain reporting dashboards to evaluate go-to-market success.
Analyze user and commercial data to identify insights, size new opportunities, and influence strategic product roadmaps.
Apply rigorous causal inference methodologies, such as controlled experiments and synthetic controls, to formulate actionable recommendations.
Investigate data anomalies, perform root cause analyses, and deliver data-driven guidance for critical commercial decisions.
Build statistical models, optimization frameworks, and simulations to support and automate decision-making processes.
Present strategic findings and recommendations clearly to both technical teams and business leadership.
Establish foundational data practices and scale analytics infrastructure to match rapid commercial and product iteration.

Requirements

Proficiency in Python, SQL, and modern data visualization tools.
Demonstrated expertise in experimental design, causal inference, statistical modeling, and A/B testing within high-scale environments.
Proven ability to translate intricate datasets into straightforward, actionable insights for technical and business audiences.
Strong written communication and presentation capabilities.
Ability to thrive in fast-moving, ambiguous environments by establishing structure where it does not yet exist.
Minimum of 5 years of experience working in data science or analytics roles.
Bachelor’s degree or an equivalent combination of education, training, and professional experience in a relevant field of study.
Ability to meet the location-based hybrid policy requiring presence in the office at least 25% of the time.

Nice to Have

A strong track record in multi-segment and multi-product B2B sales or commercial analytics, particularly involving consumption-based revenue models.
Hands-on experience working with artificial intelligence and machine learning products, large language models, or developer tools in the AI ecosystem.
