What you will do
- Collaborate across the full analytics lifecycle from initial exploratory studies to final dashboard deployment and A/B test execution.
- Establish key performance indicators and diagnostic metrics to elevate the overall user experience.
- Construct custom datasets that track novel product features and underlying technical processes.
- Communicate complex analytical findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Promote rigorous experimentation standards by assisting teams with test design, analysis, and interpretation.
- Partner with data and engineering colleagues to build scalable instrumentation and self-service tooling.
What you need
- Bring at least two years of hands-on analytics experience translating ambiguous business challenges into actionable insights.
- Demonstrate proven experience in designing, analyzing, and interpreting large-scale A/B tests.
- Possess strong SQL proficiency alongside a track record of building clean, high-performing dashboards using tools like Tableau or Looker.
- Exhibit clear communication skills capable of making intricate data findings easily understandable.
- Maintain curiosity, a collaborative mindset, and a strong drive to solve difficult technical problems.
