Key Responsibilities

Direct the weekly company metrics update and forum by shaping the narrative and evolving the content to match rapid business shifts.
Establish headline key performance indicators and driver views for leadership oversight.
Surface macro trends and explain growth drivers across different products, customer segments, and channels.
Lead deep dives on executive inquiries by establishing measurement approaches and delivering defensible answers.
Track performance against financial plans and explain variances between actuals and forecasts.
Collaborate cross-functionally with finance leadership, product teams, data science, and data engineering.
Elevate the team's finance analytics practices and present compelling narratives in executive settings.

Requirements

Background in finance analytics, business analytics, or data science with direct exposure to senior leadership.
Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work from the San Francisco office in alignment with the hybrid policy requiring time on-site.

Nice to Have

Experience managing a recurring executive metrics review or business forum.
Revenue or growth analytics background within a usage-based business model such as cloud platforms, APIs, or marketplaces.
Ownership of company-level business reviews and AI model evaluation design.
Familiarity with the LLM product landscape, semantic layers, dimensional modeling, and cloud data warehouses like AWS or GCP.
Technical proficiency in data orchestration, CI/CD, and pipeline observability.
