Sitecore is hiring a Data Protection Operations Manager to coordinate the operational delivery of its global privacy framework within the Legal department in Dublin or remotely. Role Overview

The Data Protection Operations Manager will oversee and refine daily workflows that support the global privacy strategy. Positioned within the Legal team and reporting to the Director of Data Protection, this operational role ensures that compliance processes align with strategic corporate goals without involving legal advisory duties.

Key Responsibilities

Handle the end-to-end lifecycle of Data Subject Requests and Privacy Rights Requests across various internal systems.
Coordinate Data Protection Impact Assessments, managing intake, triage, tracking, and timely completion.
Maintain centralized repositories for Records of Processing Activities, transfer assessments, and training logs.
Support AI governance initiatives through dedicated operational workflows, tracking, and audit-ready documentation.
Provide operational evidence for security audits, RFPs, customer inquiries, and M&A due diligence using knowledge libraries.
Partner with internal departments including Security, GRC, Product, Sales, Marketing, HR, and Procurement.
Assist with administrative and tracking tasks related to regulatory duties overseen by the DPO and external partners.
Manage the scheduling, tracking, and reporting of internal privacy awareness training programs.

Requirements

At least five years of professional background working in privacy operations, compliance program management, or data protection, preferably within a SaaS or cloud sector.
Strong operational mindset featuring high organization, attention to detail, and proficiency with compliance technology.
Strong communication skills capable of bridging technical and non-technical teams.

Nice to Have

Professional privacy credentials such as CIPM, CIPT, or CIPPE.
Practical background supporting AI governance protocols, particularly within marketing technology or SaaS settings.
Prior experience assembling compliance evidence for external audits, questionnaires, and due diligence reviews.

Compliance and evidence systems including Vanta, Navax, and Docebo
Knowledge management libraries like Loopio
Privacy program management and workflow automation tools
